Prescription Refills

Please allow 3-5 business days for prescription refills.  It is best if you contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax us a refill request.

If your prescription is for ADHD medication, you will need to come into the office to pick up the prescription.

After Hours Coverage

Dr. Todd is in a call group with 5 other pediatricians.  We also use the Randall Hospital Pediatric Nurse Triage answering line for evening and week end calls.  There is always someone available 24/7 to answer your questions.  If you have a question that cannot wait until the office is open, please call our after hours number listed above and the answering service will help you.

If you are calling about a poisoning...please don't waste time calling our office or the doctor on call.  Call the poison control center directly at: (800) 222-1222

If you are unable to wait until our office opens, or are directed to go to an urgent care clinic, here are a few that we recommend:

Patient Portal

You can now access your medical records via OnPatient portal.  Once you receive an email invitation, you can set up your account using your child's birthday and your phone number.

​

The portal requires a unique email address.  If you have more than 1 child, you can use

your email address+their name.

​

For example: you have 2 children Jack and Jill and your email address is janesmith@gmail.com.  You use janesmith+jack@gmail.com for the email, Jack's birthdate and your phone number to set up the account for Jack.  For Jill, the email is janesmith+jill@gmail.com and use Jill's birthday and your phone number. 

​

This also allows secure messaging with the office as well as access to their vaccine records and chart notes.
