Announcement
After over 34 years of serving Aloha, I have decided to retire from active practice effective 11/20/2026.
It has been my honor and privilege to be a part of your health journey. I have cherished building relationships with so many families and watching your children grow up over the years. Your trust and kindness have meant the world to me.
While I am looking forward to the next chapter, I will miss my patients and families. I wish you all the best in health and happiness in the years to come.
I have not found a replacement for the the office so have a list of pediatricians and family practice clinics for you to choose from. (see "Forms") Please also check with your insurance company to help find a new doctor.
MEDICAL RECORDS:
Once you have chosen a new doctor, you will need to fill out and sign a release of information form for each child and fax to

If your child is on medication, please establish with your new doctor before 11/20/2026. I am unable to refill prescriptions after that date.
Access to the patient portal will end on 11/20/2026.
